Tiller Suspect Won't Face Death Penalty

Sedgewick County District Attorney Nola Foulston won't seek the death penalty for Scott Roeder, the accused murderer of abortion provider George Tiller. Kansas law only allows prosecutors to seek the death penalty when a killing involves seven specific circumstances, none of which are covered by Tiller's slaying.
